At ElectroMec Engineering Ltd we can provide a Thermographic survey of all types of rotating equipment, both onsite and also during repairs in our workshop. 

Our Thermographic surveys can capture results whilst the plant is still in operation, so will not cause any disruption to the site. We are then able to determine the condition of the equipment and produce a full report detailing the findings. Predictive thermographic analysis will identify issues with machines that may be starting to fail, reducing unplanned breakdowns and loss of production. 

Our thermal imaging services involve a thermal camera to monitor the temperature of equipment that is operating. This will identify both mechanical and also electrical faults in panels etc..

We also offer a complete Condition monitoring program, where we set up routes to monitor equipment at agreed intervals, this will produce an accurate trend and identify any potential problems before failure. This allows customers to plan a convenient window to remove and repair the equipment, saving on unplanned downtime and costs.

We are able to service/repair any faulty equipment in one of our workshops, this means our customers can be confident that all repairs will be completed using the correct procedures and to the correct specification.
